Any account found to have been registered by or for a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any remaining balance (excluding winnings) returned to the verified payment source. 6.1 Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section 6.
6.2 All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification prior to processing. 777cx will not release funds to any unverified account under any circumstances.

8.5 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the outcome as recorded by 777cx's system, cross-referenced with the relevant official result from the sport's governing body, shall be determinative. In the case of any discrepancy, the official governing body result prevails.

14.2 777cx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Player's use of, or inability to use, the 777cx platform, even if 777cx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14.3 777cx does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. 14.4 The 777cx platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 777cx's licensing jurisdiction. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described below.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, Players are required to first submit a formal written complaint to the 777cx support team via the live chat or the email address provided in Section 17. 777cx will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

16.1 777cx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
